We had an excellent experience with Todo Sano. Camila, Ricardo and Mario were all lovely and made arranging lessons so easy. Both my 15 and 16 year old had two beginner lessons each in Dominican. They had an incredible time, they both improved tremendously.  The communication was seamless and very efficient. Thanks to everyone for making this a fabulous experience for them.

We had the privilege of taking a 2 hours beginners surf course with Ricardo, his helper Salvador, with assistance from Ricardo's wife Camila. They were superfriendly, super pedagogic, all was very well prepared. The lesson started with the technique how to get up on the board when the wave catches the board, which we practiced for 5-10 min on land. Plus safety considerations. The directly into the water where Ricardo and Salvador helped position us and push the board so that we were caught by the wave every time, and focus could be on getting up on the board, into the right stance and balance on the board riding the wave. Of course the waves were quite small, as this was our first times. I did this with my two sons 16 and 14 and it all worked out very well. About mid-time we had a break and were served fresh fruit and water and had a little rest, before continuing. The procedure of catching the wave and getting up on the board was the main activity throughout the lesson and I would guess we each got some 20-30 attempts during the two hours. My sons got up on the board many of the times, some of the times riding the wave all the way to the point when they jumped off voluntarily. I also succeeded getting this experience, although a bit less frequent than the boys. Took me some time to understand how to hit the right standing position on the board. After each attempt we got feedback on what to modify, which meant that we gradually could experience how we developed and it became easier. My highest recommendations of Ricardo and the team. Our guides were incredibly sweet and very patient. We had a great time, and actually got on the board, though it was our first time trying surfing. They also had some snacks and water prepared for the break, which was much needed to keep up the energy. They were super fun and great teachers!!!! Highly recommend.

The best surf lessons we have ever had! My fiancée and I took a whole week's worth of surf lessons with Todo Sano, it was a rich experience we will never forget. Within 6 sessions Gonzo, Riqui, and Camila had us navigating the movement of the water, respecting surf etiquette, and catching plenty of waves. This amazing crew absolutely loves what they do - it shows within the quality of service that they offer! If you'd like a surfing experience that feels safe, is guided by the best instructors, will have you smiling from cheek-to-cheek, and is a breeze to navigate - look no further! I just spent a week taking lessons and it could not have been better. The entire team was enthusiastic and supportive. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and very patient.  He was an attentive coach who was always encouraging and had valuable feedback based on what he was seeing me do.  After a couple of days I already felt much more confident in the water and on the board. I can confidently recommend Todo Sano for anyone interested in learning how to surf. Booked a beginner surf lesson for my teenager with zero experience and he had the best time! His instructor was great with a first timer and had him standing up catching small waves nearly straight away.
